7. Non-Interventionist Foreign Policy
A Ruling Elite (behind international banking institutions such as the FED, IMF, and Goldman-Sachs) has hi-jacked American Foreign Policy and is building an evil empire at odds with our national interests.
Pursue honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none (the policy enunciated by Thomas Jefferson and encouraged by George Washington in his Farewell Address).
Seek “Fair Trade” with non-slave nations.
Support a Non-Interventionist Foreign Policy
A constitutionally minded Congress could restore a Constitutional Foreign Policy. In Foreign Policy: Try to be friends with all, and have entangling alliances with none — the principle enunciated by Thomas Jefferson and encouraged by George Washington in his Farewell Address. In the 2008 and 2012 elections, Congressman Ron Paul did a stellar job of standing up for sound foreign policy principles. Americans across the board are becoming sick of “endless wars”, which are now dragging on several times the length of World War II. In large part because of these wars, we are giving away billions in foreign aid and spending billions on an ill-conceived worldwide empire, while infrastructure and other basic needs in our own country are neglected. It is not possible to always be “friends with all” — but our present foreign policy has strayed far from the vision of the Founding Fathers. In this issue there are many different aspects, and honest patriots will sometimes disagree on details. But that is no reason that we must not strive mightily to begin to return to a Foreign Policy as wisely envisioned by the Founders of our Nation.
